Refund Policy

At Pulsuro, we offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • be in its original packaging
  • include all original accessories and contents
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products are personal-use items, we do not accept returns of items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in resellable condition unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@pulsuro.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the email used to place the order
  • the reason for the return
  • clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@pulsuro.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to help process your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • used or opened personal-use items
  • items not in original condition
  • items missing parts or accessories not due to our error
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@pulsuro.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
