At Pulsuro, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after your order has been shipped.
Shipping times may vary depending on:
- your location
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- high order volume
- holidays or unexpected disruptions
These delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected regions based on product availability and logistics coverage. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified at checkout or contacted after placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after shipment, please contact us at hello@pulsuro.com and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
Pulsuro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pulsuro.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pulsuro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- check around your delivery location
- ask household members or neighbors
- contact the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pulsuro.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
